  • ACT (Assembly Configuration & Testing)

    ConnectedSign’s hardware experts will set up your hardware components in our staging area to ensure optimal performance in the field. This service allows our team to preemptively identify potential issues and sets you up for a successful digital signage deployment.

  • PC Configuration

    To ensure your Content Player PC is optimized to function properly, we configure Windows with the necessary 3rd party software, codecs, and system enhancements. Once the Player PC is installed onsite, ConnectedSign will remotely setup IP assignments, open necessary ports for utilized features and customized host names. Each Content Player is set up to meet our best practice standards regarding software licenses, cloud or FTP credentials, and preloaded content if available.

  • RMM (Remote Management & Monitoring)

    ConnectedSign’s RMM service subscription operates 24/7 and is ideal for organizations with mission critical content and multi-site deployments. RMM clients appreciate early identification of potential issues, a fast return to service, efficient daily operations, uptime and performance reporting, and reduced support times. Our RMM service gives us the chance to identify and fix potential issues before they become a problem. Simply put, it keeps your network operating at peak performance—and you never have to think about it twice.
