Within our own house we discovered a need that we ourselves were able to address. While we had a customer management system in place to track sales and services, it no longer seemed to be as effective as our company began to grow. We needed a better way to not only track sales, but to keep our entire team aware of how far along the sales process current projects were.
We installed a digital signage system within our own workspace that retrieves data from our CRM system and combines it with data from Client Services. This is all displayed in real time to both our Sales and Client Services departments, so everyone is now aware not only of sales, but also scheduled product demonstrations, free trials that are in process and proposals that are awaiting action. With everyone on the same page, the team can jump in and help any process along.
