Many tasks that once required dedicated staff and long waits in line can now be accomplished quickly and efficiently through digital kiosks. Users have come to rely on the speed and convenience of completing their own transactions, including everything from withdrawing money to getting directions, while organizations have freed up staff hours for other work. With digital kiosks, users can easily buy tickets, check in or check out, find local information, verify prices, play games and much more.
With their touch screen technology, kiosks are highly flexible, allowing you to customize functions and pathways to suit your business and change them whenever your needs change. They also make it easy to get brand messaging in front of users throughout the transaction, since you create every screen.

Spooky Nook Sports is the largest indoor sports complex in North America. Spanning 700,000-square-feet, it provides playing fields and accommodations for more than a dozen sports – all under one roof. Additionally, Spooky Nook offers a family fitness center, climbing center, food court, sports apparel store, arcade and meeting/event spaces. The complex has recently expanded to include The Warehouse Hotel and the Forklift & Palate Restaurant. With such a diverse complex, Spooky Nook needed help aiding visitors in wayfinding, showcasing directories, displaying menu boards and providing various sources of critical information to guests.
Working closely with Spooky Nook, we developed multiple formats of digital signage that would be showcased throughout the complex. Interactive wayfinding kiosks point unfamiliar guests in the right direction. Menu boards efficiently scroll through food choices and are frequently updated with new options. Video walls showcase highlights from past events in an eye-catching high definition display.
In order to create a digital signage system that covered all of the areas Spooky Nook sought to address, a variety of hardware was required, including digital billboards, digital menu boards and digital kiosks. Our ability to customize the best possible system meant we could provide everything needed. Our hosted software package included content creation and ongoing support, so we can insure that Spooky Nook’s system will grow to meet future needs as the complex itself grows..
As Spooky Nook continues to grow, they continue to reach out to ConnectedSign for their changing digital signage needs. We continue to work closely with Spooky Nook employees to provide them with:
