Connecting Campus Communications with Digital Signage
Challenge
Oklahoma State University needed a more effective way to communicate with students, faculty, staff, and visitors across its busy campus.
The Student Union alone included more than 10 dining options, creating a need for digital menu boards that could be easily updated with menu items, specials, and other dining information.
With academic programs, student activities, sporting events, dining, and campus services happening throughout the university, OSU also needed a better way to help people find information and navigate campus destinations.
Solution
ConnectedSign worked with Oklahoma State University to create a coordinated digital signage network incorporating static, dynamic, and interactive displays.
Digital signage was designed around OSU's branding, creating a consistent visual experience across menu boards, informational displays, and interactive applications.
A centerpiece of the project was an interactive kiosk in the Student Union that brought multiple types of campus information together in one location.
