Bluewater Health needed a more intuitive way to help patients, visitors, and new employees navigate its healthcare campus.
The goal was to provide users with a simple visual experience where they could identify their current location, select a destination, and follow the most efficient route through the facility. The interface also needed to complement Bluewater Health’s existing branding and calming visual environment.
Solution
ConnectedSign developed an interactive digital wayfinding experience designed to make navigation simple while giving Bluewater Health flexibility to manage and update information.
The solution included multiple touchscreen templates for navigation, destination selection, campus information, and news. Visitors could browse destinations alphabetically, select locations directly from the screen, and view mapped routes based on their destination.
ConnectedSign also worked with Bluewater Health to prepare the underlying location data and optimize campus maps for the interactive experience.
