Position:
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, experienced IT Geek who is
interested in an amazing opportunity with a high growth company. Candidate would be
responsible for help desk support services for Digital Signage Systems and Interactive Kiosk Networks.
• Assisting clients with software installation, training, content management and software tech support.
• This is a part-time/full time position that requires the ability to work within a professional environment, meet with clients to determine scope of project and meet client deadlines.
Requirements:
• How to install Microsoft servers
• How to set up users, create user profiles and set up permissions
• Database management
• Security detection
• MS operating systems
• Internet / Intranet connectivity
• Computer hardware
• Computerized problem solving
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid drivers license and current automobile insurance
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Ethical demeanor and a team player attitude a must
• IT Systems Associate, Certificate or equivalent, MS certification preferred
• Sense of humor a must!
