The Opportunity:

ConnectedSign is a full service Digital Signage agency with more than 16 years of experience planning and deploying Digital Signage systems, interactive displays and kiosk networks.

Position

The Accounting & Logistics Specialist will be responsible for general accounting duties such as: accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliations, vendor and customer set up, processing timesheets for the payroll service, order processing/fulfillment and general office projects/assignments. This person would also be responsible for order fulfillment, including receiving Purchase Orders; invoicing customers; ordering hardware; document/agreement preparation; and data entry.

Part-time 20 to 30 hours per week to start.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year associates degree from an accredited University or College; Preferred BA or BS 4 year degree from an accredited University or College
• 2-3 years of current experience
• Must be experienced with QuickBooks Premier 2011
• Experienced in processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliations; Payroll experience a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent telephone, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
• Ethical demeanor and a team player attitude a must
• All staff assists with customer service and phone coverage
